The Bio-Link Depot has moved out of the CCSF Airport campus. Volunteers worked many tireless hours to meet the March 31st deadline.

Last CCSF Airport Campus Open House
The March 18th Open House was the last one at the City College of San Francisco Airport Campus. We had great participation with 85 attendees and we gave away $73, 523 worth of science supplies. Thanks to Herb for handling the outside and Hank for managing the inside areas. Here are pictures —March 18th Open House.
Packed Up & Stored Away
Thanks to all those volunteers that helped with the awesome task of sorting, dumping, giving away and packing all of our stuff. A HUGE thank you to the Kristi Budzinski and the team at Genentech for agreeing to store our things while we search for a new SF Bay Area site. SoCal Open House
The crew at Irvine Valley College ( Emalee and Kari ) are gearing up for their 2nd Open House on April 15th from 10 AM to 1PM. This time, they have more lab consumables brought down by truck from the Bio-Link Depot here in the SF Bay Area. If you are in the area, you can Volunteer and/or Register as a SoCal Educator. Thanks again to all the teachers, researchers, community partners, volunteers, donors, and to our supportive Bio-Link Depot board! You have all contributed to making the Depot a success. We are working very hard to find our next SF Bay Area site and are optimistic that we will find a new home. Our Last Open House at the SFO Airport Campus
Saturday, March 18th from 10 AM to 2 PM.
After 15 years at the City College of San Francisco’s SFO Airport campus, we are saying, “Goodbye”. Shelves have been put away and are in the process of packing. Our new location is uncertain so we will need to liquidate our entire stock.
Contact me if you are interest in helping us sort, pack, etc:
1. This Sunday (March 12th anytime between 10 AM and 2 PM) to load supplies into a truck. Click Option 1

The Depot is Moving
After 15 years at CCSF’s airport campus, the Bio-Link Depot, Inc. (Depot) agreement to use part of the campus for educational equipment storage and donation operations, has ended.
This will provide the Depot the opportunity to move to a new site that better matches it’s significantly expanded activity, and to better collaborate with synergistic programs at community colleges and other educational non-profits. About 3 years ago, an advisory committee was formed, anticipating a new site was needed, to better sustain and expand the Depot’s operations, and to provide a template for Depot’s in other regions to form. This advisory committee resulted in the formation of the new 501c3 nonprofit, Bio-Link Depot, Inc.
The Depot in now searching for a new site for our anticipated move, on or before May 2017. If you would like to help with our relocation efforts you can contact Daniel Michael.
The first SoCal Bio-Link Depot Open House on December 10th, 2016 was a great success with a teacher attendance of 43 with 32 schools participating, including several from the San Diego area. We outreached to 228 teachers of which 194 subscribed to the MailChimp list within the month of November and December 2016. This was the fastest build-up of our mailing list since we started the Depot! Congratulations to Emalee, Kari, the Irvine Valley College team, volunteers and donors that mad that happen.
The SoCal team are busy building inventory for the next Open House on February 25th from 10 AM to 1 PM. Contact Kari if you would like to volunteer your time or donate equipment or supplies.
